What is the Eye Coding Forum
Think of the EyeCodingForum as an Expert in a Box. The goal of this forum is to create a database of everything related to coding, documentation and billing for eyecare organized in a consistent and easy to use manner.
Generally, the information is out there - somewhere. The goal of this forum is save you time and money -- finding the information you need to report services accurately and compliantly.
The EyeCodingForum is not like typical blogs or discussion boards. Our goal is to have 85% of your answers before you ask them. This is a moderated forum. It's organized by category as well as searchable so you can find information quickly.

What is Premium Content
Premium Content is information not included in the EyeCodingForum basic package.
It includes: A complete 6 - 12 hour online, Coding, Documentation and Billing course for ophthalmology and Optometry. This course is equivalent to a full, two-day coding course which would typically sell for about $400.
This online training module can be access via the internet, 7 X 24.
Other Premium Content includes a Progress Note Form created specifically for Ophthalmology and Optometry in Excel Format that can be modified to suite your clinic's unique needs. We find that the bad forms cause bad documentation. This form is organized to be easy to document, read and audit. If you need help in editing and formatting the form, please contact us at support@eyecodingforum.com

Why should I pay for an online Discussion Forum?
For one, this forum is much different than other blogs/discussion forum. For one, there are hundreds of articles posted with answers to the most common eyecare coding and billing questions.
While there is plenty of free content on the internet, the eyecodingforum is a managed forum and the main benefit is weeding out unnecessary information and summarizing information. The ECF staff spends considerable time editing and organizing the material - saving you both time and money.
Our goal is to save you time -- which will more than cover the nominal monthly fee of the eyecodingforum.
