Q: How do I access the recorded Webinars?

Login to your subscription and click on the links on the left. If there is more than one, click on them all even if they have the same name (all Site License clients). The video player software will load and you can watch the videos anytime. If you have any video problems contact Webex support at 866-229-3239.

Q: How long can I access my subscription?

Training is typically available for a full year. Most webinars are fifty-minutes. The ICD-10 training ends on Oct 1 of the coming year.

Q: Why won’t my ID and password work?

A: Use the ID and password you created when you ordered your product. It is case-sensitive. It is not a WordPress login; that is entirely different. The Login screen for all recorded training should look like the screen below:
