| What do I need? |
- Fee Ticket, any coding cheat
sheets
- 3 - 6 Progress Notes with at
least one 99214 and one 92014 Exam.
- Top 25 ICD-9 and CPT codes
- Up to five questions.

| Is this done onsite? |
Most all are done remotely.
Just collect the information and contact us for mailing
information. If the practice wanted to audit multiple charts or include onsite
training an onsite audit might be cost effective. Client would pay
all travel costs. |
| How long does it
take? |
Turnaround can range
from a few hours to two weeks depending on current work load and
