codes. Fee Ticket, any cheat sheets, 3 - 6 Progress Notes with at
least one 99214 and one 92014 Exam. Up to five questions. |
| Is this done onsite? |
Most are done remotely.
If the practice wanted to audit multiple charts or include onsite
training an onsite audit might be cost effective. Client would pay
all travel costs. |
| How long does it
take? |
Turnaround can range
from a few hours to two weeks depending on current work load and
